The Potowatomi Bingo and Casino moves ahead with it's
expansion plans, the Bingo hall and poker room are completed
and next will be the renovation of the main kitchen and
employee dining room.. More details on the expansion .
The culinary team will participate in the Holly Jolly Folly
fundraiser later this month at the Wyndham Hotel.
The annual Star chef event benefitting the March of Dimes
was recently held at the Hilton Milwaukee. Among a dozen
local restaurants participating was also Potawatomi Bingo
Casino showcasing their catering department.

Pepposo - an traditional Tuscan dish with creamy polenta
and stewed pears and thyme infused olive oil was prepared
by Executive Chef Peter and Pedro Garcia, promoting the
casinos catering department.
