POTAWATOMI BINGO CASINO DEBUTS
WILD EARTH … A NEW AMERICAN CUISINE RESTAURANT
MILWAUKEE (May 6, 2008) – Potawatomi Bingo Casino will unveil another new restaurant, Wild Earth, at ABCD’s (After Breast Cancer Diagnosis) charitable “Date with a Plate” event being held May 9 at Badger Meter, 4545 W. Brown Deer Road, Milwaukee.
Wild Earth is one of three new restaurants opening as part of the Casino’s $240 million expansion. In addition to Wild Earth, the Casino will open RuYi, an Asian noodle restaurant and a four concept food court.
When open, Wild Earth promises to be a place where a great a dining experience doesn’t have to be formal. An exciting atmosphere, highlighted by the restaurant’s open kitchen, will provide guests with a casual lunch or night out they’d be hard pressed to find elsewhere.  From décor to the menu, comfort is what you will feel at Wild Earth. Quality food paired with friendly, attentive service makes guests feel they’re at home.
“Wild Earth is a restaurant our guests will come to love when it opens in the coming months,” Potawatomi Bingo Casino Food & Beverage Director Michael Tsuchihashi said.  “We’re thrilled to have Wild Earth make its debut at such a great event.”
ABCD’s mission is to provide free, personalized information and one-to-one support to people affected by breast cancer.  The organization provides support through its
