| Ru Yi Authentic Asian Cuisine will take its debut at the Taste of Milwaukee annual fundraiser hosted at the Pfister Hotel on March 7th. 2008. Chef Tony Ho will prepare his famous pot stickers with a tangy garlic-ginger dipping sauce. Also served will be Spicy Korean beef stir fried noodles in to go boxes. | Sizzling Hot A story ran in today’s Journal Sentinel regarding Dream Dance Chef Jason Gorman’s inclusion on a list of finalists for the James Beard Foundations annual awards program. Chef Jason is one of 20 chefs up for “Best Chef: Midwest .” A list of five finalists will be named March 24, and winners will be announced at a June ceremony in New York . This is a very prestigious award and Jason’s inclusion on this list shows the talent, dedication and hard work he and his staff demonstrate on a daily basis. Congratulations and good luck Jason!! |
