The Global Gaming Expo 2007 was held in the Las Vegas Convention Center from the 12th. through the 16th. of the month. It was a great experience and for my sake a better experience than the IH&M Expo in NYC last year. Below is a sugar sculpture of the Mandalay Bay as exhibited at the entrance to the food & beverage exhibits.

It seems that everytime I visit Vegas, there is an implosion to make room for new development - this time it was the Frontier, all what's lest is the sign and a part of the front facade as seen here from the Wynn Resort.
