NRA Show in Chigaco
Our goal was to determine and specify china, glass and
flatwaree among all other smallwares for the opening of all our
venues next year. The agenda was packed with meetings and
presentations for three days and in the end, it was very
productive.
We stayed at the House of Blues ( soon to be Sax Hotel), and
their restaurant
Bin 36 was quiet good.

We also had dinner at
Carnivale the first night followed by an
excellent Dim Sum breakfast at Phoenix on Sunday morning.
David Burkes Prime Steak followed for dinner and on Monday
we went to Rick Bayless at
Frontera Grill. While Davids place
was rather disappointing on food quality and service, the other
two excelled for great evenings.
