Mr. Gebauer has been in the hospitality and consulting business since 1974 and is the founder of Gebauer & Company. During his food & beverage career he worked with Hilton International, The Peninsula Group in Hong Kong as well as several cruise lines, Disney World and Gaylord Opryland Resort.,
Mr. Gebauer holds a Master Chef Diploma from the Steigenberger Akademie in Germany and completed extensive courses at Cornell University of Hotel Administration among others. He speaks fluent German, Spanish and English.
In addition, he is a member of the American Culinary Federation and the German Chef's Association. He is actively involved with the Nashville March of Dimes and supports the American Red Cross.

Mrs. Gebauer has worked in the hospitality industry since 1997 as interpreter and instructor for English and Spanish languages. She held positions in leadership and training for Gaylord Hotels and Palace Resorts.
Previously she held various senior positions in leadership and accounting with General Motors, Walmart and Tupperware.
Mrs. Gebauer graduated from the Ibero American University in Toluca, Mexico in 1989 and is a certified instructor by the Tennessee foreign language institute.
Aime likes to spend her spare time swimming, biking, traveling and with her family.
